We offer several Conference Meeting Packages with per-person, per-day charges for a simple and cost effective way to produce a successful and memorable meeting. Our Crowne Meetings Director will offer you a Daily Meeting Debrief for the convenience of your meeting planner.

Our meeting packages include the following:

The Crowne Plaza Dulles Airport provides several levels of meeting packages to accommodate various meeting needs. You can choose from among three main packages, but our meeting coordinator can work with you to customize any of the packages to suit the needs of your group. Here is an overview of the available packages:

Conference Package 1 - $79.95 per person

  • All-day use of meeting room
  • Water service
  • Hard candies
  • Pads and pens

Audio-Visual Equipment:
Upon advance request, choose any or all of the following:

  • High-speed Internet access (wired or wireless)
  • One LCD Projector
  • One 25" TV with VCR or DVD player, on TV cart
  • One screen
  • One flip chart with pads and markers
  • One whiteboard with dry-erase markers and eraser
  • One podium with wired or wireless microphone (available in Grand Ballroom Salons only)

Continental Breakfast:

  • Assortment of mini danish/muffins and bagels with cream cheese
  • Assorted cereals with milk
  • Assorted yogurts
  • Sliced seasonal fresh fruit
  • Orange, apple, cranberry and grapefruit juices
  • Bottled water
  • Assorted soft drinks
  • Coffee and tea station

Mid-Morning Break:

  • Coffee, tea, bottled water
  • Assorted soft drinks

Lunch:

The menu is designed by our Executive Chef. Lunch will be served in your main meeting room. At the hotel's discretion, a common area buffet shared by multiple groups may be offered. For groups of less than 25 attendees, a limited lunch menu may be offered.

Afternoon Break:

  • Assorted finger sandwiches
  • Energy bars, mixed nuts, pretzels and goldfish
  • Red Bull energy drink
  • Bottled water
  • Assorted soft drinks
  • Coffee and tea station

An additional taxable labor charge of $150.00 will be charged for any group under 25 attendees. Without lunch, package price is $10.00 less per attendee.

Breakout rooms and/or private meals in-room may be available at an additional charge. Audio-visual items must be requested in advance to ensure availability and to avoid any last-minute charges. Dinner may be added to this Conference Package for $30.00 additional per attendee.
