The Crowne Plaza Dulles Airport provides several levels of meeting packages to accommodate various meeting needs. You can choose from among three main packages, but our meeting coordinator can work with you to customize any of the packages to suit the needs of your group. Here is an overview of the available packages:

The menu is designed by our Executive Chef. Lunch will be served in your main meeting room. At the hotel's discretion, a common area buffet shared by multiple groups may be offered. For groups of less than 25 attendees, a limited lunch menu may be offered.
Afternoon Break:
An additional taxable labor charge of $150.00 will be charged for any group under 25 attendees. Without lunch, package price is $10.00 less per attendee.
Breakout rooms and/or private meals in-room may be available at an additional charge. Audio-visual items must be requested in advance to ensure availability and to avoid any last-minute charges. Dinner may be added to this Conference Package for $30.00 additional per attendee.
