Dulles Airport Hotel Transportation
Washington Dulles International Airport is located 2 miles from the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Dulles, Virginia. The Crown Plaza Dulles Airport offers 24-hour complimentary transportation to and from Washington Dulles International Airport every 30 minutes. We recommend programming the hotel telephone number in to your cell phone (703-471-6700) so that you can call us as you are arriving from your airplane. You will travel from the airplane gates to the main airport terminal following signs to baggage claim. The black Crowne Plaza shuttle busses pick up outside the baggage claim level of the main Dulles Airport terminal at curbside labeled 2H. These covered curbs are across one lane of traffic outside the main terminal and run parallel to the terminal. Our shuttle busses arrive at the arrival pick up (curbside 2H) at approximately 15 and 45 minutes after each hour.

Crowne Plaza Transportation Services
The Crowne Plaza Dulles Airport also offers complimentary transportation to corporate locations within a five-mile radius of the hotel.

Shuttle morning departure from the hotel to corporate offices 7:00 am, 7:30 am, 8:00 am & 8:30 am.
Shuttle afternoon pick-ups from corporate offices back to hotel 4:30 pm, 5:00 pm, 5:30 pm & 6:00 pm.
- Corporate shuttle is offered only Monday through Friday at the scheduled times.
