COVID-19 Update

We are honored to have you stay with us. Listed below are the services and amenities we are providing during your stay. If you need additional information about anything, please don't hesitate to ask any of our Guest Service Representatives. Our team will be more than happy to assist you.
• In addition to increased cleaning, sanitizing, and adhering to State & Federal guidelines regarding COVID-19, our hotel has made the following changes:
  • Food and Beverage: We are now offering a limited menu only available for carry out options at Houlihan's. Please see hours of operation below and please contact the Front Desk with any questions. A copy of the menu available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is attached to this letter. Limited patio seating is available for dining outside, weather and capacity permitting.
    • Breakfast: 6:30am- 10am
    • Lunch: 11am-2pm
    • Dinner: 5pm-10pm
  • Guestrooms are left vacant for 24 hours prior to housekeeping cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting the room.
  • Our guestrooms have the Sleep Advantage program, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, coffee maker, high definition flat screen television.
  • Complimentary wireless internet access is available in your guest rooms.
  • Complimentary local calls, credit card calls and 800 calls from crew member guestrooms. Other calls will incur charges.
  • Please see the Covid-19 information above regarding Food and Beverage options.
  • Crew members can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi in the guestrooms and our public areas.
  • Unfortunately, our Business Center has been temporarily closed due to Executive Order by the Governor of Virginia...
  • Unfortunately, our Fitness Center is temporarily closed due to Executive Order by the Governor of Virginia.
  • Unfortunately, our IHG Rewards Members Lounge is closed for the foreseeable future.
COVID-19 Safety & Cleanliness Response
  1. The Crowne Plaza Dulles Airport is following all Local, State, and Federal Government guidelines regarding cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting our hotel.
  2. We have installed social distancing signage throughout all public areas of the hotel.
  3. We have installed clear dividers for the Front Desk to provide additional safety measures for guests and team members.
  4. We have implemented a "contactless check-in station" to limit the possibility of person to person transfers.
  5. Our team members are required to wash their hands or use sanitizer at a minimum of once per hour for hand washing and once per interaction for using hand sanitizer.
  6. Our team members are required to wear masks in all public areas, and housekeeping team members are required to wear gloves in addition to masks while servicing guest rooms.
  7. Our team members are screened and have their temperature checked prior to the start of their shift every day. Any team member found to have a fever is sent home prior to starting work.
  8. Public areas and high contact spots are cleaned and sanitized on a continuous basis every day.
  9. All guest rooms are left vacant for 24 hours prior to housekeeping cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting the room.
  10. Guest rooms occupied by the same guest for multiple nights are not serviced by housekeeping to limit guest exposure.
  11. Guest room key cards returned upon departure are sanitized and disinfected prior to being issued to the next guest.
